How to deal with Jamail problems

1. Within Jamail every button contains a short hint, which may help you understanding the appropriate function. The mail account settings of Jamail are described by a short text. Please read those explanations and try to understand them. Some of the informations can be found by your internet or email provider.
   
   
2. Jamails helps you determining problems by writing an extensive log file. This log file can be seen found within Jamail 2 and Jamail 3. Furthermore Jamail 3 offers you a mail precheck and tells you of any problems found while performing a Jamailing.
   
   
3. If you think that a function is missing in your personal version of Jamail, please check first the list containing version information at our website. This information can be found at the Versions Page.
   
   
4. Many questions have been asked and reported previously by other users. Those frequently asked questions can be found at our website at the FAQ page.
   
   
5. If none of the above solved your problem, please write us an email. It's important that you supply our staff members with the following information:
   
   
   • Describe your problem or issue shortly but carefully
     
     
   • Add part of the log file or whole of it to your email
     
     
   • Tell us the operating system, you are using. Please also tell us the service packs you have installed.
     
     
   • We need to know, what kind of user group your user account is of (administrator, domain user, ...)
     
     
   • Inform us about the Jamail version, you are using. You can open an About Form from Jamail main menu
     
     
   • What is the reference number of yours?
